Week 1
Vive Los Angeles - Live LA
Ditch the screens and hit the streets! Kick off the summer by turning the "City of Angels" into your child’s personal classroom. Week 1 is all about falling in love with our home, en Español.
From the hiking trails of Griffith Park to the vibrant murals of our local barrios, we aren’t just teaching Spanish, we’re living it. Your little explorer will build their own "Mini-LA" metropolis, map out hidden gems, and master the vocabulary of the city through high-energy movement and sensory play.
The Vibe:Adventurous, grounded, and 100% immersive.
The Goal:Building the "confidence to communicate" while navigating the landmarks, nature, and flavors that make LA iconic.

Los Angeles Creativo / Creative LA
Unlock your child's inner artist in the city that inspires the world! This week, we dive deep into LA’s legendary art scene, from the iconic murals of the Arts District to the rhythmic beats of our local music culture. Los Angeles Creativo isn’t just about making crafts; it’s about giving children the Spanish tools to express their big ideas, unique opinions, and vibrant emotions.
Through collaborative street-art projects, songwriting workshops, and interpretive movement, your camper will build a rich "emotional vocabulary" in Spanish. We make language learning feel like a masterpiece in progress.
The Vibe:Artistic, expressive, and high-energy.
The Goal:Building fluency through "creative confidence", learning to describe, debate, and celebrate art en Español.
The Highlight:A collaborative "Community Mural" project and a deep dive into the sounds and colors of our city.

Week 3
Pequeños Ingenieros / Little Engineers
Think it. Build it. Test it. All in Spanish! This week, our campers transform into mini-architects and scientists. Through hands-on STEAM challenges, children will design, build, and improve their own creations—from bridges that hold weight to rockets that touch the sky.
We don't just teach nouns; we teach logic. Your child will learn to explain "why" things work, make predictions, and work as a team to solve "impossible" missions. It’s a week of trial, error, and massive "¡Lo logré!" (I did it!) moments.
The Vibe:Curious, hands-on, and brilliantly messy.
The Goal:Mastering academic Spanish through sequencing (first, then, last) and cause-and-effect reasoning.
The Highlight:The "Great Engineering Expo" where teams present their working prototypes.

Week 4
Sabores Del Mundo / Flavors of the World
Take a bite out of culture! This week, the kitchen becomes our classroom as we explore the world through its most delicious traditions. From kneading dough to discovering exotic spices, our campers will use all five senses to master the Spanish language.
Food is the ultimate storyteller. Your child will learn the "recipe for success" in Spanish, practicing sequencing (steps in a process), descriptive vocabulary (sweet, sour, spicy), and the cultural history behind every dish. It’s a week of measuring, tasting, and global connection.
The Vibe:Sensory, delicious, and culturally rich.
The Goal:Building "functional fluency" through kitchen chemistry, measurements, and descriptive language.
The Highlight:The "Intiwasi Food Festival," where campers "travel" to different countries to taste their own creations.

Week 5
Guardianes Del Planeta / Guardians of the Planet
Become a hero for Mother Earth! This week, our campers step into their roles as environmental stewards. Through inquiry-based projects, children will explore sustainability, nature conservation, and the importance of protecting our local ecosystems, all while speaking Spanish.
We believe that to protect the world, you must first fall in love with it. Your child will ask big questions, propose creative solutions, and learn the vocabulary of science and responsibility through hands-on gardening, recycling challenges, and outdoor exploration.
The Vibe:Purposeful, natural, and empowering.
The Goal:Building "eco-fluency"—learning to advocate for the planet and express environmental solutions in Spanish.
The Highlight:A "Sustainable Workshop" where kids create upcycled inventions and plant their own take-home garden.

Week 6
Mundo de Inventos / World of Inventions
Think it. Build it. Make it Move! This week, we trade the stage for the laboratory. Our campers will step into the roles of engineers and creators, using the Engineering Design Process to solve real-world problems, all while building their Spanish fluency through technical and action-oriented vocabulary.
From dissecting old toys to building functional reachers, your child will learn that "failure" is just the "First Attempt In Learning" (F.A.I.L.). It’s a week of curiosity, gears, and "¡Funciona!" (It works!) moments.
The Vibe:Inventive, mechanical, and empowering.
The Goal:Mastering "Logic Spanish", learning to explain how things work, using sequencing (first, next, finally), and technical verbs like conectar, girar, and armar.
The Highlight:The "Grand Expo of Gadgets," where campers present their custom-built robotic arms and "reimagined" wind-up toys.

Week 7
¡A Toda Velocidad! / Full Speed Ahead!
Ready, set, Spanish! This week is all about the science of motion. Our campers will become junior physicists as they race, roll, and experiment with the forces that move our world. From building gravity-powered cars to exploring the friction of different surfaces, we make "hard science" feel like a day at the races.
Through high-energy STEAM challenges, children will master the Spanish vocabulary of direction, speed, and force. It’s a week of fast-paced learning where every experiment is a chance to say: "¡Mira qué rápido va!"
The Vibe:Energetic, fast-paced, and experimental.
The Goal:Mastering spatial and directional Spanish (up/down, fast/slow, push/pull) through kinetic learning.
The Highlight:The "Intiwasi Grand Prix"—a custom-built ramp race where speed meets strategy.

Design Lab – The Innovation Studio
Problem Solved. Future Designed. This week, we elevate our STEAM skills to a professional level. Our campers step into the "Intiwasi Design Lab," where they aren't just students, they are Lead Engineers and Creative Consultants.
From re-engineering high-tech footwear to designing weather-proof gear (inspired by our "Umbrella Challenge"), this week is all about solving real-world problems. Your child will use the Engineering Design Process to pitch, prototype, and perfect their ideas. It’s a week of leadership, critical thinking, and advanced collaboration.
The Vibe:Professional, sleek, and highly creative.
The Goal:Building "Leadership Spanish", learning to persuade, explain complex functions, and provide constructive feedback to peers.
The Highlight:The "Design Pitch Gala," where young inventors present their prototypes and explain the "logic" behind their masterpieces.

Week 9
Eco-Exploradores / Planet Protectors
Inspired by Nature. Built for the Future. This week, we bridge the gap between high-level engineering and environmental stewardship. Using the image of the butterfly as our guide, campers will explore Biomimicry, learning how nature’s smartest designs can help us save our planet.
From studying the flight of insects to building solar-powered solutions, our "Eco-Exploradores" will master the Spanish needed to advocate for Mother Earth. This is our final "Earth-bound" mission before we blast off into Space in Week 10!

The Goal:Building "Conservation Spanish"—learning to move from explaining how things work to why we must protect them.
The Highlight:The "Zero-Waste Invention Expo" and our butterfly release ceremony.

Week 10
Mision Espacial / Space Mission
"The Final Frontier: A Journey Beyond the Stars" Kick off your summer finale by leaving Earth behind! In our final week, the Intiwasi School transforms into a Galactic Command Center. As "Astronauts in Training," campers will use their STEAM skills to conquer the challenges of the cosmos.
From the physics of rocket propulsion to the mystery of Martian gravity, we aren’t just learning about space, we are engineering our way through it. Your explorer will build specialized rovers, design life-sustaining habitats, and master the Spanish vocabulary of discovery, curiosity, and high-tech exploration.
The Vibe:Futuristic, awe-inspiring, and limit-breaking.
The Goal:Mastering "Inquiry Spanish", learning to ask big questions, make scientific predictions, and explain complex discoveries as they imagine life beyond Earth.
The Highlight:The "Mission to Mars" Unit, featuring our custom Rocket Launch and a simulation of life on a red planet.
